To protect the integrity of every piece and ensure the highest standard for all our customers, returns are accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Custom orders are crafted exclusively for you — we confirm all measurements before production begins, so you can order with complete confidence.
The Sizing Reality — The Most Important Thing You Will Read

Olive Girl garments are cut using traditional Chinese tailoring measurements — a system refined over thousands of years by master artisans across China's greatest textile cities. These measurements are fundamentally different from US, EU, and UK standard sizing.
A woman who wears a US size 6 may need a completely different size in our collection. This is not a flaw. This is authenticity.
Before you order: spend 2 minutes with our Size Guide. Measure your bust, waist, and hips. Match to our chart. This single step ensures your piece arrives feeling like it was made for you — because in many ways, it was.
Size-related returns are accepted within your applicable return window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@olivegirlstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Every such case is reviewed personally and resolved with care. We do not leave quality issues unresolved.
